Help center FAQ
Billing FAQ
Billing should be clear: plan access is separated from entitlements, usage limits, and admin support.
What is billing in ApplyHolic?
billing is part of the ApplyHolic career operating system: resumes, ATS checks, job matching, tracking, CRM, interviews, offers, and consent-first automation live in one workspace.
Does ApplyHolic guarantee interviews or offers?
No. ApplyHolic helps you prepare stronger materials, prioritize better-fit jobs, and stay organized. Employers still make screening, interview, and hiring decisions.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. Public pages and workspace flows are designed for mobile and desktop, with compact cards, readable spacing, and touch-friendly actions.
What happens if my data is missing?
The workspace shows empty states and next steps rather than pretending data exists. You can add resumes, jobs, documents, contacts, answers, or consent settings when you are ready.
Which plans are available?
The product is structured around Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, with entitlements controlling limits and access.
Can I change cadence?
Starter and Pro are designed to support weekly, monthly, and yearly cadences where billing configuration is active.
Where do invoices live?
The billing page should show current plan, cadence, renewal date, usage, invoices, and portal actions.
What happens after failed payment?
Access may move into a past-due state. The product should show the issue clearly and provide a path to update payment details.
